How much does it cost to do general contractor marketing?
Our campaigns typically cost our clients between $2,000 to $10,000 per month. This is your “all-in” cost and we are including your Google Ad spend into this number.
Our fees are either $2,000, $3,000, and $4,000 depending on the tier of service that you sign up for. This number might seem high but, our fees will be covered by what our campaigns are generating for you.
What type of results can I expect from your inbound lead generation services?
If you are starting from square one, you just started your business and you have 0 sales. Then I wouldn’t suggest hiring us. First you should do everything you can to get business through word of mouth, local events, hanging signs in your community, passing out flyers, even creating a free landing page and Google Business Profile, are all things that you should do to start generating immediate sales with out spending much of anything on marketing.
Once you are established and have done everything you can without the help of a professional digital marketing team, then you can start to explore more complex strategies.
With our clients who already have revenue coming in, you can expect us to be able to 2x-10x your monthly inbound lead opportunities. We typically see at least a 7-10 ROAS on Google Ads and after about 6 months, you should be generating consistent leads via organic search clicks.

What is the onboarding process like?
Once you have signed your contract, we start off every engagement with a one hour kickoff call. On this call we do a “brain dump” so we can gather all the necessary information for us to hit the ground running.
From there, we will start requesting access to all the relevant technology for whatever you were doing digitally before us working together. If your existing website is hosted elsewhere, we will migrate it to our servers so you can benefit from our enterprise licensing on WPEngine to ensure the site is operating at it’s fullest potential and loading as fast as possible.
If your current website is built on a platform not friendly for search engines, we will spend the first 30 days rebuilding your site.
While all of this is happening we will be planning the content strategy for the first month of content publishing, auditing your existing Google Ads account, making any technical fixes to your existing site, integrating your site with all analytics and tracking tools, and setting up your dashboards.
Once that is done, we are off to the races!
What is the monthly time commitment that you expect for your digital marketing clients?
We expect our clients to be able to meet with us for a half hour every month, minimum. At max, we will meet with you once a week if you need that level of communication. In between our meeting cadences, we are providing at least one email update with status on any tasks we are working on.
In the beginning, someone from your organization will have to be responsible for account access sharing. This task usually takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on how organized and readily available that information is.
Also, there is usually some additional file sharing of photography, graphic assets, and other things of that nature that can be uploaded into a shared folder. This is usually a 20-30 minute task depending on how organized and available that work is.
As far as writing content or anything like that, we have you covered! In total we will need about 4 hours of your time in month 1 and then 30 minutes to 2 hours in the subsequent months.
